The Sims 3 Review

The Sims 3 (Collector's Edition)

If you've played the earlier version of The Sims, you'll recall it took nearly forever to load whenever your Sims tried to get out of the home to do whatever they liked. In the current instalment of The Sims 3, your Sims character can freely roam through the bustling beach, sizzling nightspots and even the chilling cemetery to score a hit. All the Sims have to do right now is just step right out of the door and hit the street right away!

In addition, there are a number of interesting and new features which reflect our lives in the real world. The Sims allows you to purchase laptops, own multiple vehicles and best of all, live out 60 possible human traits. Neat!

Customisation of your Sims character also scores several points in Sims 3, as you continue to sport various hairstyles, accessoires and clothings. To say the least, it's even better than owing the former episode of Sims 2 and its expansion pack.

In Sims 3, you'd be surprised of its new immense possibilities. For example, the Sims characters which you do not control are now capable of making their own choices. Ignore them just for a short while, and you'd soon discover that they've gone on to lives of their own. Hmm... just like real life as well, ain't it?

Overall, The Sims 3 retains much of the excitement and charm of its earlier Sims versions, while presenting itself in all new 3-D graphics to die for. Go get them now!

  1. I agree! I am loving The Sims 3. I was inspired to buy it when I saw the outstanding Sims 3 story blog by Robin Burkinshaw called, Alice and Kev. Have you seen it? It looked like so much fun to do that I immediately ran out and bought a copy for myself. Now I am doing my own Sims 3 story blog. It's called, 'Martian Martian Martian!' You can see it here:

Have you thought about doing a Sims 3 story blog?
